Working with the Wild Goddess: Invocations & Rituals to Empower & Guide

Working with the Wild Goddess: Invocations & Rituals to Empower & Guide by Amy Zerner | #AspireMag

The Wild Goddess resides in the natural world, eternally watchful and nurturing to all she has given birth to.  She knows there is life even in the rocks and she does Her best to help all to live their life, not just humans, but all things that are born of the Earth.

She knows, too, that we are sisters and brothers to each other, to the animals and plants, and to everything else on Earth and even beyond.  She wants us to understand that we are made from the bounty of Elements present in the stars since the creation of our universe.

Her Temples are our gardens, caves, crystals, oceans and mountains – in these sacred spaces the Wild Goddess can absorb any vibrations, negative or positive, and transmute them into healing energy.  We are all fed by the Earth, our Mother in the most literal of terms, a treasure beyond value. If we forget that we are stewards of Her bounty she will remind us.

Wild Goddess lives in tune with nature and dances to its changes and cycles. She explores her inner world and taps into her spiritual strengths and mystical powers. She is always learning and growing and realizes that her gratitude and attitude towards life are connected to the wellbeing of her mind-body-spirit. Her wisdom can help others grow, too.

The Priestess, the Healer, the Lover, the Empath, the Dancer, The Protector and many more are all there to be called upon and reclaimed; to guide us to weave our life’s tapestry and instill a renewed understanding and faith into our hopes, dreams and wishes for the future.

Here are some energy exercises designed to open the doorways to the Divine Feminine creative life force. An enchantment is an active prayer.  You raise the vibration of your intention through writing, visualization, affirmations or performing a ritual.

Working with the Wild Goddess: Invocations & Rituals to Empower & Guide by Amy Zerner | #AspireMag It is good to be focused and really care about what you are asking for before you begin. Never seek to harm or manipulate people.

If your intentions are pure, the Wild Goddesses will help.  Our enchantments are a real and beautiful way to validate your dreams and can be used for helping and healing your life. They provide a way to gather energy in order to help you achieve your goals.

When we get stressed out, maxed-out and overwhelmed, we move into lower function – anger, aggravation, fear, and low self-esteem.  If we consciously turn within and calm ourselves with positive affirmations and visualizations, we can move our assimilating abilities “up” so we can better cope and tap into a healthy clear flow of energy that frees our circuits from being clogged.  This process helps us feel in control of our destiny.

When you use your affirmations, visualizations and invocations, they help to regenerate and refuel your everyday life.  The “right thought” can activate specific powers that promote positive, creative decisions and actions.

Dark of The Moon Ritual

In the dark of the New Moon, wear a protective amulet in the shape of the Moon and have a white candle standing by.

Focus your attention on your breath, feeling it nurture your whole body with the primal energy of Life. Take pen and paper and write down what causes you pain. Fold the paper and hold it to your heart, feeling it grow warm with understanding and forgiveness.

As this healing glow radiates throughout your body and into the universe, repeat these words four times:

Mother Goddess

Take from me

Hurt, Despair, Uncertainty.

In their place

Please bring to me

Peace, Love, and Tranquility.

Place the paper under the candle holder and anoint it with four drops of lavender oil. Light the candle. Know that as the ever-changing Moon grows fuller in light, so will the protective love of The Goddess that surrounds you even now. Know that as the candle burns away, so will your dark thoughts diminish and be purified.

Meditation for Peace

Get comfortable and quiet. Visualize, in your mind’s eye, a beautiful sunset over the water, a vision helping you to look peacefully within yourself. Feel your gifts of introspection, compassion, and healing.

Prayer: “Universe, fill me with peace and open my heart so I may love myself and others more. Guide me on the path to my highest good and greatest joy. I give thanks for the little things in life.”

Enchantment for Abundance

Meditate on what you want to attain or expand in your life.  Try to let go of any illusions that may be blocking you from feeling that you deserve to have all that you desire.  Know that by having more you are not taking away from others.  The abundance of the Universe symbolizes the abundance that is all around us and within us.

To tap into this energy, do this visualization and affirmation:

Imagine a big golden cone – like a funnel above you – with huge amounts of wealth cascading through it, pouring down all around you.  Say:

Universe, thank you

For the abundance

Headed my way.

I am grateful

Each and every day.

Warrioress Invocation

Some of the most powerful, life-transforming experiences begin with a simple yet heartfelt invocation.

Say these words to invoke the Warrioress in you:

I am a powerful warrioress
who is strong and authentic.
I live with courage
and compassion in my heart.
I wear my confidence
like armor to deflect negativity.
I can withstand the storms.

Intention Ritual for Hope

Everyone has moments when lose hope. Some people bounce back easier and others have more difficulty. This ritual is designed to give you a renewed sense of hope once again.

All you need is:

  • 1 white candle
  • Carving tool or a toothpick
  • Candle holder

1.Carve a white candle with the word “HOPE”.

2.On a New Moon as a symbol of change, let the candle rest by a windowsill (or outdoors) all night, where it will be blessed by The Goddess and be an offering to her.

3.Then place the candleholder and white candle on your altar. Light it and let it burn as you say these words:

“One tree can start a forest, One bird can herald spring, One smile can begin a friendship, One hand can lift a soul, One star can guide a ship at sea, One word can frame the goal, One vote can change a nation, One sunbeam can light a room, One candle can wipe out darkness, One laugh can conquer gloom, One hope can raise our spirits, One touch can show you care, One voice can wake up everybody, One life can make the difference.” – (author unknown)

4. Let the candle burn down (practice candle safety) while sending Peace, Joy, Healing and Hope to the world.
