Ladies, have you ever been in a situation where you felt small? If you haven’t, please let me know where you live because I’m moving to your town! Even though there is a lot more accessible information out there for building confidence, thinking about it isn’t nearly as helpful as using the tools to just have it. 

What I’m saying is that confidence is actually something you can create by pumping it into your physical body. Sounds weird, I know. The yoga we are familiar with is lots of stretching, deep breathing, and poses. And I love that type of yoga. That type of yoga didn’t teach me how to awaken my kundalini. The term itself of ‘awakening kundalini’ can be a bit of a stumbling block because it’s quite ‘out there.’ 

Let’s translate into something a bit more up-to-date. I’d call it the golden ticket to the fastest (cheapest) private rocket ship to bliss, manifestation powers, intuition, and an all-around improved life. 

We are catching up as women. We all know it’s harder to get the best job, equal pay, equal say in relationships, even being considered intelligent is often hard. I propose that kundalini awakening is not just for ‘peace and love’ but imperative to women’s empowerment.  

How Kundalini Energy Works 

Think about how confident you feel when you work out. We know that exercise releases endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine for that wonderful yet fleeting hormone cocktail of I-feel-goodness.  

But let’s take this to the next level to find empowerment that also allows you to bring up others through wisdom instead of just a personal growth plan. 

You can activate your personal power by amplifying your energy field with breathing exercises. You can find wisdom through meditation that allows you to override living from a place of reaction to a place of connected intuition.  

Now this is getting exciting! 

The Direct Benefits of This Simple Practice 

Actors and entrepreneurs use meditation and breathwork for multiple things. A major one is to be able to have great energy to bring into the room. Diving deeper, we see that being able to direct the mind is a major component of independent thinking and being a leader. 

There are plenty of ways that you can get your energy spruced up but the most effective method is a daily practice of kundalini yoga and meditation and here’s why: 

  • It will help you know intuitively how to make big life decisions. 
  • It will reveal to you your toxic thought patterns that sabotage your success. 
  • It raises your vibes so that you attract positive experiences while shedding the negative ones. 
  • It magnetizes your energy so you start to experience reality as a mirror of your own energy but in a good way. 
  • It gives you more energy, confidence, that healthy yogi ‘glow,’ and mental clarity. 
  • Your creativity skyrockets to add to your success. 
  • You just feel good! 

How You Can Start Today 

I always say be clear about why you do something and the outcome will be much better. Sometimes we do yoga to look better naked (a student relayed this to me when I was teaching a class). There’s nothing wrong with that! But I want women to see just how much they can ask for with a kundalini yoga and meditation practice.
