Whether we want to thrive in our personal lives or as leaders in our communities, careers or businesses, learning how to unlock our own uniqueness and then awaken others to their sacred worth is what makes us powerful leaders. This mission is valuable beyond measure to our evolving world. 

With conscious intention and focus, we can unlock our feminine magic. Through this, we develop a “creational gaze” that sees through the eyes of the heart into the mystery, beauty, and sacredness of others.   

When we express to another the beauty and sacredness we see in them, they naturally begin to unearth and become who they are encoded to be. 

Most, if not all of us have not developed an artistic gaze on ourselves or others that flows from the heart. But when we develop this, we become powerful catalytic change agents. 

When we look at another we can observe many levels of the person. We can see: 

1. Their appearance 
2. Their human self (where they come from, what they “do”, etc.) 
3. Their conditioned patterns stemming from the programming of the family and society they were born into 
4. Their positive qualities and talents 
5. The light of their soul’s unique essence and mystery 

Keeping our eyes and heart fixed upon helping others awaken to and feel their own mystery unlocks a power portal and dormant potential within. 

When we desire to lead others, we must be the change by the power of our own presence. It is important to be on the lookout for the “extra plus” in others. Then, to the extent we have freed ourselves, we can help others understand their conditioned patterns so that they can free themselves, awaken to their sacred purpose and accomplish their destiny. 

When we truly want to help another, our focus is always on excavating the “pearl of great price” within them. Once activated, then we can empower them to create the optimal conditions for its emergence. 

The most important conditions and attitudes leaders can embody to help others flourish in our presence is:

It is important to understand that it is not just about what we do for others that creates this sacred container for their becoming. It is the degree of presence to them and the space we hold for them that creates the vibrational shift.

In order to truly be helpful, refrain from advice-giving. Ask them questions and help them activate their guidance system. Empower them to take inspired action. Let go of any rescuing, saving or fixing them and activate their awareness of their sovereignty to become the best version of themselves. Each of us has access to the answers within us. 

When we live in our hearts and connect with others at that level, we are in the miracle zone. When we learn to move with the intelligence of our hearts, we create the optimal conditions for growth to occur for us and others in divine timing. This growth occurs in synchronistic ways and in alignment with divine intelligence. 

As we continue to liberate the totality of the light within ourselves and help others do the same, our lives become deeply fulfilling. We become rich with purpose. This satisfies that deep longing in our soul to make a powerful contribution to our world.
