When you experience uncertainty in your life — whether it’s daily worries and frustrations, or your most deeply rooted fears — you can feel unable to reach for something better. Your emotions at times get the best of you, keeping you from experiencing the level of happiness you desire. 

If you’re like me, you’ve spent years trying to understand life and what it means to be happy. In doing so, it’s likely that you pursued various paths along your journey. And maybe along the way, through the highs and lows, you’ve learned that such a sacred endeavor requires aligning the mind, heart, soul, and actions in ways that naturally create happiness, joy, and inner peace. 

No longer do you want ‘problems’ and worries to hold you back. You may be hearing an inner whisper that it’s time for a divine reset™. A divine reset™ allows you to see a clearer path ahead and empowers you to not only envision the possibilities available to you, but it also awakens you to the joy that exists each day.

I came to this point years ago. I was experiencing a time of deep suffering on all levels — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. And I felt ready for something “better”. And this is when I experienced what I now lovingly call a divine reset™.

During my deep personal journey, I was led to create empowering practices to support me in finding my way back to joy and inner peace. I discovered, and now teach, the importance of placing your awareness on the things, people, and thoughts that will help lead you there. The first and best place to begin is by embracing three Empowered Mindview™ practices which I share below. 

Here are 3 Empowered Mindview™ practices to support you: 

EMPOWERED MINDVIEW™ PRACTICE #1: Re-Connect Daily 

The purpose of this practice of reconnecting is to help you realize the universal relationship between you — as a woman and unique soul — and a field of intelligence that, although invisible to the eye, sources all creation on the level of ‘form’, and to help you bring the two together. 

From this place, you can consciously manifest and co-create a life filled with many more moments of joy, peace, and confidence in your purpose for being here. 

By making a promise to yourself to come into greater alignment with ‘being’ (and not just ‘doing’), you’ll be taking powerful steps toward touching a space of peace that surpasses all understanding.  

Because you have many people and things vying for your attention each day, having a practice — even a quick practice — to reconnect can create a habit that continually brings you inner harmony, inner peace, and purposeful fulfillment for yourself, your loved ones, and your community. Only then can you change your life and your world. 

An Empowered Mindview™ Practice: 

Practice stillness in your mind and body in brief moments throughout the day. Examples might be, before looking at your phone when it dings, take a moment to close your eyes (if you can), bring a deep breath in and out while recognizing how the air flows. You’ll experience a moment of stillness that helps sustain a sense of peace and calm within your body. Although brief, this is your moment BETWEEN thinking, and it is a subtle, easy way to reconnect. Regularly practiced throughout the day before attending to your tasks makes a significant contribution to your joy and inner peace. 

EMPOWERED MINDVIEW™ PRACTICE #2: Re-Empower Your Thoughts and Emotions 

This practice centers in the truth that when you harness the power of your thoughts and emotions, you can empower your entire life. You can overcome deep-seated mental conditioning and other forms of self-sabotage. You can rise above your thoughts and free yourself from limiting emotions moment by moment. The mind can be an amazing tool for co-creation, but only if you’re not consumed by it. 

What spiritual teachings as well as various scientific and practical teachings reveal, is that when you learn how the mind works, you can learn how to harness it, and you can learn to focus it. And once you learn that what it comes down to is repeatedly practicing what works for you  

until it becomes a natural part of who you are and what you do. 

The intention is to find methods to begin shifting your thoughts and emotions in ways that guide you to heal subconscious baggage hindering you from experiencing your life with more confidence, joy, peace, and flow. 

An Empowered Mindview™ Practice: 

Today, take moments to be aware of when events, people, and circumstances trigger disempowering thoughts and emotions. Find ways to shift to better-feeling thoughts and emotions in the moment through practices like mantras and affirmations. When used correctly, these practices — when aligned with intentional action — become empowered by the Universe. 

EMPOWERED MINDVIEW™ PRACTICE #3: Re-Light Your Path 

This practice centers in the truth that you have a choice to make each moment. You can allow yourself to be consumed by an energy of problems in your life and in the world (keeping you in ‘darkness’), or you can embrace an energy of awareness where solutions, purpose, and positive change manifests (keeping you in the ‘light’). 

When you are faced with a complicated challenge, it is important to practice accessing an energy of clarity and solutions through inviting inner stillness (“Re-Connecting”), rather than relying solely on your analytical mind. Solutions are never found through ‘thought’ alone. 

If you are dealing with a challenge right now, see if you can “step into and out of thinking” as you consider the situation. What solutions does your mind present and what wisdom emerges from your quiet moments? 

An Empowered Mindview™ Practice:  

Make a conscious effort to fluctuate between analytical thought and resting in a field of divine intelligence beyond thought and then ask yourself empowering questions. The process is to think > then get ‘still’ (no thought) > then think > then get ‘still’, and so on. During this practice, you can ask empowering questions like, “How can I find the purpose in this circumstance and turn it into something good (or better)?” rather than asking disempowering questions like, “Why me?” In this way, you stay in the “light” and the energy of clarity and solutions.
