“You were created with the intention and knowing that upon coming into this life, you would make a difference in your own unique way.” – Lisa Hromada
We all have a brand. Something special that makes us known to those around us. It’s not merely a single message or image that you project to the world.
Your brand is something that lives, breathes, and evolves as you uncover, understand, and embrace who you are, who you’re evolving to be, and how you uniquely bring value to those around you.
Now more than ever, the world needs your gifts, experiences, knowledge, and services. There most certainly has never been a more important time for women to fully step into what makes them unique and valuable in their work.
No matter your specialties, you are a healer.
And the world needs your healing. Whether you work with clients on personal growth, health, and wellness, relationships, money, mindset, or another wonderful, amazing work, you need clarity on your brand so that you can more fully align with those you’re here to help.
To help you align your brand with your ideal audience, here are three tips to guide you:
Brand Alignment #1: Remember Who You Are (& Brighten that Light Within)
Women often hold onto self-limiting beliefs that hinder them in their business. They get caught up in defining themselves solely by who they are as a “personality” and forget that they came here for a higher purpose unique to them.
You are both a divine creation and a human creation with an abundance of knowledge, experiences, and existing inner knowing that is of incredible value to those you work with and provide service to.
In other words, you came here for a special purpose and to do a special work.
There are two aspects of yourself that are important to recognize as you align your brand to reach your ideal audience:
1) You are an extraordinary soul. You’ve been on a human journey for a long time, and from each life you’ve taken with you lessons and experiences that are deep within the person you are today. You have access to this inner knowing. And perhaps without even realizing it, you use this inner knowing daily when working with clients.
2) You are a unique personality. You have gifts, talents, experiences, and traits that make you who you are, and that is of value to those you work with. While others may do similar services as you, no one does what you do in the way that you do it. Embrace your unique journey and bring it into your brand communications.
Brand Alignment #2: Embrace & Focus on Your Value
When building, growing, or improving your business, you must bring your awareness to the value you bring through who you are (from #1) and the ways that you do what you do. In doing so, you effortlessly find better results — greater confidence, more clients, and better opportunities to grow your business and career.
It comes down to answering this question:
“In what ways do I uniquely improve someone else’s life through my work?”
How you answer this question depends on how deep you go within yourself. It also depends on how willing you are to strip away any self-defeating thoughts, and instead look purely at who you are, your life experiences that bring value and richness to your work, and your professional experiences, training, and natural gifts.
Brand Alignment #3: Get to the Heart of the Solution
When authentically aligning with and attracting your ideal clients, you want to focus on getting to the heart of the solution. “Solutions” carry a divine energy. Addressing the “solution” to your client’s problems in their life, relationships, body, or work is also a standard practice in marketing, but what most don’t realize is that there is a spiritual energy that “solutions” carry.
What this means is that when creating your personal brand, you want to focus mostly on communicating the solutions that you provide to your clients and the outcome of the solutions.
This tip is about getting clear on the challenges and problems that you help bring a solution to for your clients. When people feel understood and you express how you can help them, there is a natural progression between potential client to signed client. There is alignment.
It’s been my experience from doing personal brand development for many years that these three tips bring greater confidence, better results, and more opportunities to connect with your ideal clients.
Again, these tips are:
#1 – Remember Who You Are (& Brighten that Light Within)
#2 – Embrace & Focus on Your Value
#3 – Get to the Heart of the Solution
You have an incredible value that you bring to your work. Isn’t it time that you bring that fully to light?
