“You were created for a unique purpose and have been given all that you need to fulfill it.” – Lisa Hromada
Having spent decades working in personal brand development, I’ve found that most women I work with are very good at implementing definitive steps and strategies to grow their businesses and practices, but they often still feel like something is missing.
If you’re like these women, you’ve at one time or another questioned your path, purpose, and plan for your life. After all, these things are not completely within your control to determine.
There is, in fact, a special plan and purpose for your life.
And a big part in fulfilling this purpose is done so through your work. This is one reason why it’s essential to bring your life’s work to light!
Every day that you strive, seek, pursue, and go about your daily routines, you are writing the story of your life through your thoughts and actions. Yet, there is also a story being divinely written through you.
The question is, “How do I align my work with this divine plan and stick to it?”
What I’ve learned over the years working with women across the nation is that with a few simple strategies, you can begin to reconnect and align with your divine plan. Here are some tips to help guide you!
3 Tips to Align Your Work with Your Divine Plan
#1 Access your intuition daily.
Your intuition is both your accumulated experiences and an existing knowingness that resonates from a spiritual space within. It is a process that gives you the ability to access both your conscious and nonconscious minds.
Your conscious mind is the expert of logic. You often tap into this part of your mind when taking tangible action and strategies to grow your business. We women are very good at this part!
Yet just as important is your nonconscious mind which searches through a deep and divine database of past, present, and future and then makes its own “educated” hunch within the wisdom of your soul-self. This soul-self has access to your unique divine plan.
How to access your intuition:
You access your intuition often in brief quiet moments that you bring awareness to how you’re feeling, while also taking your existing experiences and knowledge into light consideration.
You likely find yourself accessing your intuition often in your business or practice, and it’s likely what got you into the amazing work that you do today!
#2 Set your intentions in the right energy.
At the start of each day, set your intentions in the energy of solutions.
What does this mean?
For me, this is in prayer, gratitude, and acknowledgment of my own personal limitations, but also acknowledging in knowing and faith that whatever is outside of my control is divinely delt with on my behalf.
We women can run into all kinds of challenges and setbacks in business, but that is not the true “problem” that keeps us stuck from aligning with our divine plan and path — it’s when we live in the energy of problems that we get stuck.
How to set your intentions in the energy of solutions:
Set the intention to live in the energy of solutions. The simplest way is to declare within yourself that whatever the day holds — both the joys and the challenges — you will ask yourself, “what is the solution?” This, you will find, is one of the most powerful questions to aligning your work with your divine plan because “solutions” is the energy in which Divinity works.
#3 Practice the spiritual art of co-creating.
Every great work that you do and every great accomplishment that you have is done so through a co-creative process.
What this means is that you play a fundamental and an important role in bringing about positive change in the world through your work, and Divinity plays a foundational role in making it all happen as a part of a higher purpose uniquely for and through you — guiding, forming, shaping, and nurturing your spiritual path and your daily life.
How to practice the spiritual art of co-creating:
I often refer to this as the process of “co-writing your story with God”. It is the practice of aligning your personal desires for your life and work — what you work each day toward — with that of your higher divine purpose being written for and through you.
In relationship to your business, the first step to practicing this co-creative process is to get clear on who you are, how you authentically bring value to what you do, and how you uniquely make a positive impact in the world. (These are also important steps to the personal branding process as well!)
What I’ve learned and experienced myself working in both personal brand development and life transformation is the power of the spirit of women in business.
You not only have the power to help create how you make an impact through your work — by your actions pursuing the many goals you have for your business — but you also have the power to connect to a deeper divine plan that is unique to you.
This “plan” is what allows you to find flow in your work, get better results, feel more fulfilled, and live a life more of your choosing — one in which moves with greater ease. And one in which you experience a steady flow of clients, steady rhythm to your day, and steady confidence in the direction that you take your life and work.
There’s never been a better time to bring your life’s work to light!
