Would you describe your life as organized chaos; bogged down with commitments, responsibilities, bills, and an endless to do list that’s full of things to get done for others?
Are you in a soul-sucking job or a heart-sink relationship? Do you feel trapped by your past decisions and can’t see a way out? Do you crave more cash flow and more time to enjoy life but have no idea how to make that happen? Would you like to finally discover your life purpose and spend your days doing things that bring you joy?
If you answered yes to any (or all) of those questions, you‘re not alone… that’s the harsh reality most women find themselves in these days. I know this to be true because I mentor women who struggle with these challenges every day. I too in the past suffered from all of the above, but I’m here to assure you that whatever your life looks like at the moment, you can transform it. I did and I can show you how to do it too.
Avoidance of Your Truth = Disempowerment
Avoidance of your authentic truth is living your life by default. Most times it feels like you’re riding the merry-go-round from hell. You feel alone and most days are filled with drama, stress of some sort, and obstacles. The merry go round moves quickly and doesn’t slow down enough for you to catch your breath and jump off safely. You’re drained and tired and there’s resistance everywhere you turn, so you feel STUCK.
Taking an Honest Look at Your Truth = Empowerment
Taking an honest look at your authentic truth is the first step of intentionally designing your Goddess Life. It takes serious woman balls and the willingness to do what it takes to step fully into the life you are meant to live. There are personal fires to walk through and boundaries to put in place, but the payoff is worth every ounce of effort. Your life becomes filled with passion, purpose and pleasure.
The transformational process I’ve created is called Goddess Lifestyle Alchemy™. It begins with accessing the 12 key areas of your life, which in full transparency is uncomfortable. And guess what… humans are hard-wired to avoid discomfort, so taking a look at your current circumstances is a strategic and intentional act of empowerment (but first it kicks your ass). It’s definitely more comfortable to convince yourself that “everything’s fine” or find a temporary distraction to concentrate on. The distractions will work for a short time; I know this firsthand as I appeased my inner niggles of wanting more for YEARS upon years, so I consider myself to be an expert on the toxic art of placating. I say it’s an “art” because if done well, you have no frigging idea you’re placating yourself until you find yourself feeling unhappy again! Ignoring your truth extinguishes the flame of your feminine desire… and your feminine desire is the magical substance that activates the goddess that lives within you.
How to Intentionally Design Your Goddess Life using Goddess Lifestyle Alchemy™
Step 1: Access your contentment with each of the 12 key areas of your life.
Step 2: Clean up your diet – remove sugar, starch and processed foods.
Step 3: Create a sacred container for your transformation.
Step 4: Start a dialogue with your Creator – create a daily sacred practice.
Step 5: Discover the Universal Laws of Abundance.
Step 6: Begin a nourishing self-love practice.
Step 7: Set healthy boundaries with yourself and others.
Step 8: Learn the sacred act of accepting pleasure in all its forms.
Step 9: Embrace and step into your destiny.
Like I mentioned earlier, designing your Goddess Life takes intention, discipline, and the willingness to do what it takes. I have walked hundreds of women through the process of Goddess Lifestyle Alchemy™ and it’s my honor to share this wisdom with you. My hope is that it inspires you and blesses your life in the highest ways possible.
