Life is a constant process of transformation and re-creation. All of those on a path of change and healing can rightly call ourselves alchemists, capable of changing the “base matter” of our difficulties and wounds into the “gold” of healing and divine manifestation. Below are some basic principles that will help you to navigate your alchemical path from a deeply rooted place of self-love and power!
1) Recognize yourself as sacred and powerful
Recognize and honor yourself as inherently divine. Your self-worth and self-honor depend on nothing that you do but the very miracle of your existence. You have arrived here for a divine purpose. Your deepest dreams and goals are a gift to humanity and the Earth. Like every woman, you are a sacred vessel of creation on many levels. Walk with your head high and remember you wear a crown. Honor your gifts and passions. Then you can begin the work of transforming all within you into pure creative power.
2) Develop a clear channel of inspiration
Learn to listen to the wise clear voice within you that sees your soul path. Your Inner Sacred Woman is there to remind you of your destiny and your deepest desires. She inhabits your Heart-Womb, the space where love and wisdom come together to create healing and guidance. She is the part of you that is connected to Source and the highest perspective on your soul’s adventure. The more you connect to your intuition the more you can walk your soul’s path with clarity and courage. Your Sacred Woman is the pure voice that is always speaking to you beneath the fears and mental chatter. Listen to her each day.
3) Release and transform your inhibiting emotions and energies
Lovingly invite into your consciousness the parts of you that limit you. Your Heart-Womb space is a place for transformation and the healing of whatever parts of you that, like abandoned children, feel wounded, afraid and alone. When you invite your shadow part in with love and embrace it, it sheds its pain and you stand more clearly in your own power. Deep and true emotional healing takes courage and is a crucial step in becoming a pure vessel of creation.
4) Reset your relationships to others
Your creativity, health and happiness depend on your right relationship to family, friends and colleagues. You need to be enjoying the correct experience and flow of love and support. Are your relationships nourishing to you or are they draining your resources? Do those close by you celebrate or criticize you? By releasing old outworn relationships and the toxic patterns that bind you to unhealthy ones, you liberate huge creative energy. By transforming your existing relationships and creating new ones, you invite fresh synergy and support into your life. You also have the opportunity to transform the agreements that you hold in your relationships so that you no longer give your power away in return for love, instead forging relationships based on mutual respect and freedom.
5) Become receptive and trusting
Being and receiving are important feminine principles of life. Your pure creation does not come through doing and trying and “going it alone”. It comes when you allow yourself to receive all that is needed, be it inspiration, support or resources. Within a new paradigm of relationship you are able to receive from life and trust that all will be given to you. Your inherent self-love and worthiness as a sacred vessel of life allows you to receive all you need so that you can carry out your divine purpose. You were not designed to struggle in order to get what you need. When you allow yourself to receive your energy and attention can be given to that which you truly wish to create.
6) Birthing your creations, birthing yourself
You are not your creations. These come through you. Whether children, projects, art, love, gestures, words…you need to release them and let them go just as the Divine Mother has released us all into our incredible journey. That is true surrender and true trust. In the end what you are creating for yourself and what truly is yours is…YOU. The alchemical process that allows you to birth ideas or things is the same alchemical process that is birthing you. You are your ultimate creation. You are working to perfect life itself through what you become.
