3 Ways to Use the Law of Attraction to Reduce Pain

According to the Law of Attraction, like energy attracts like energy. Living with physical pain and exhaustion can cause us to create thoughts of worry and fear that can take over.  We can easily become overwhelmed with fearful thoughts that focus on how bad our pain will get or how our family vacation may be affected because of our physical pain. The thoughts are endless when we go down that path of worry, fear and grief.  

And, of course, it can be scary and overwhelming when we are faced with pain and illness. But if we’re not careful our thoughts can lead us on a runaway train into a life filled with more pain and misery. 

Why? Because we are made up of energy, and our energy and thoughts attract or repel things into our lives. Just like magnets, we are always repelling or attracting.  

As humans we are doing this with our thoughts. Our thoughts create a feeling inside of us. As we feel these emotions we are then vibrating at the same frequency as that emotional energy. We are emitting that energy out into the world around us. Our emotions equal our energy. 

Do you know we think between 60,000 – 80,000 thoughts a day? Those numbers always amaze me!  With all those thoughts, it’s important to be conscious of whether we are holding positive or negative thoughts or visions for our life. 

When we are caught up in negative or fear-based thinking it can then lead us to create a vision in our heads where pain is the primary focus. It’s important not to spend our sacred energy visualizing all the things we don’t want because doing so has the potential to lead us down the path attracting exactly that. 

On the other handwhen we elevate our thoughts and focus on feeling amazing in our bodies, we can feel like are on the top of the world. As we do the inner work to raise our energetic vibration, it seems as if all the right people, places and events show up easily and effortlessly to help us achieve our goals. We’ve all been in that flow of energy at one time or other.  The goal is to do what we can to remain in it. 

Have you ever noticed you wake up some days and feel energized and happy and the day just flows? And other days you wake up tired and almost immediately things start going wrong. No matter what you try to reverse it, nothing works.  

This is the Law of Attraction. If you trace each of those days to what happened the night before, I am sure you could trace emotions and feelings that caused you to have the good day and the not so great day.  

This also is true for your health. Many clients say to me, I felt this pain and I started to worry about why I was feeling it. They say things like “I started worrying that I may not be able to make that trip with my husband because of the pain in my low back.”  

When you visualize yourself in your head, how do you see yourself? Do you see yourself as healthy and vibrant? Or do you see yourself as tired and exhausted?  

So often we are rushing through life and forget to slow down and become aware of our thoughts and feelings. Here are my guidelines to taking back control of your health and feeling more vibrant and excited: 

1. In the morning, notice how your body feels.  

2. Notice where your energy is. 

3. What thoughts are you thinking?  

4. Are they thoughts of fear and worry or fun and excitement? 

5. Think thoughts like …  

“Thank you body for all you do for me in every moment.” Or  

I love seeing all the ways I am supported in my life.” 

My higher self is always guiding me.” 

6. How does life get any better than this? 

Begin using some of the strategies above to help you manifest increased health and happiness and to start living a pain-free life. Even in the midst of physical, spiritual or emotional pain, it is possible to shift your thoughts and emotions to a higher vibration so you can enjoy the life you desire and deserve.
