Over the last few years, the world has changed. For many of us, that has deeply affected the way we do business.
Maybe you’ve been working hard to recreate your business and to adapt to the way the world is now. You may be newer to being online and feel the pressure of having to put foundations in place, while continuing to grow and serve.
If you are a people person, you’ve probably missed being at in-person events, and the connection that naturally develops when you spend quality time with clients and peers in real life.
Or you may be in transition and re-evaluating things. You may be deciding if you want to move forward with your business or if you want to do something completely different.
If you are feeling disconnected from the whole reason that you started your business, or questioning your purpose, or wondering how you can reclaim your passion, you may be in entrepreneurial overwhelm.
It’s a tough place to be for a conscious entrepreneur.
But the truth is, you also are growing. Which means you are in the middle of something incredible. You’re stepping into your next level.
What you’re doing takes a lot of courage and commitment. And it calls for new ways to manage your personal energy throughout the day, so you can stay inspired.
You can reduce the overwhelm and navigate with more ease by putting some simple strategies in place.
Here’s 3 of my favorites you can try. They really work and are very easy to implement.
1.Clear Your Energy Throughout the Day
Intuitively you know that clearing your energy is good for you on a personal level. But you may be wondering why it is so valuable for business.
On a high level, the practice of clearing your energy supports you in showing up each day connected to your business and ready to be of service.
On a deeper level, it helps you to stay light and clear, so you can accelerate the Law of Attraction.
Our energy fields are like magnets. They pick up and accumulate things all day, every day. Every time you interact with someone, there is an energy exchange. Every time you switch gears to work on something different, another energy exchange. Some of what we pick up is known to you (ex: the energy of a client). Other things are hidden deeper in your field and unknown to you (ex: unconscious beliefs).
When you regularly clear your energy field, it’s like slowly peeling away the layers of an onion. As each layer clears, the next becomes accessible. You are able to release all the things that are not yours, which creates space to call in what belongs to you. It takes all the static out of your signal, so you can attract what you desire with more ease.
Clearing your energy is most effective when done daily, and throughout the day. In other words, you don’t have to wait for the Full Moon to release!
You can clear your energy anytime you feel you feel heavy, stuck in your head, anxious or ungrounded, or if you are overworking. It is a powerful tool to use in between clients, to transition from one type of task to another, and at the end of your day to release your work so you can relax.
Clearing your energy can be as simple as taking three deep, cleansing breaths and saying to yourself “I release all energy that is not mine and return it to its Source, with ease and grace,” or you can set aside specific times in your day to listen to the healing frequencies of tuning forks to assist you.

2.Have a Daily Plan
I know you’ve probably been told this before. All I ask is that you keep an open mind here.
I believe that daily plans are magical. They are one of the best ways to get out of overwhelm. They help you to break things down into the smallest pieces, so you can get things done.
But on an energetic level, they are so much more than that.
When you have a daily plan, you’re creating a container. A container for your business intentions, so you can direct your energy and focus.
When you are focused, distractions and noise fall away. You start to build momentum. Things start feeling purposeful again. And when you feel connected to your purpose, you are unstoppable!
If you’re not the planning type, or you’re not sure how to get started, it’s easier than you might think. At the end of your business day, write down the three most important things you will focus on in the morning. You can scribble down a few bullet points on a post-it note, jot it on a white board, put it in notes on your phone, email it to yourself…whatever feels good to you. Then release thinking about it and enjoy your evening. When you start work the next day, all you need to do is grab your plan, and jump right in!
3.Create Flow
We use different types of energies for different functions in our business. Check in with yourself and notice what times of the day are the best for you to accomplish certain types of tasks. When do you feel most creative? Work on those projects when you feel your juices are flowing. When do you feel most alive and present? Offer appointments to clients at those times. When are you most alert and focused? That could be the perfect time to tackle detail-oriented tasks. When you organize your schedule to support your natural flow, you remove resistance. Without the resistance, you can move through tasks with more ease, like a knife gliding through warm butter.
The world is evolving, and you and your business will continue to evolve with it. Using these simple tools will make the journey more easeful, so you can stay connected to your business, reclaim your passion and truly thrive!
